FlyDesk is an independent informational service. We are not an airline. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorised to act on behalf of any airline. If you are trying to reach a particular airline directly, use the telephone number printed on your ticket or published on that airline’s own website.
What this website is
FlyDesk publishes information about flight reservations and connects callers with independent travel providers who can assist them. We do not sell tickets, issue tickets, or process payments. Any booking you make is made with the provider you are connected to, under that provider’s own terms.
How we are compensated
We receive compensation from the travel providers our calls are connected to. Compensation may be paid for a connected call, or for a booking that results from it. This is how the service is funded, and it means we have a financial interest in you placing a call.
You are not charged by FlyDesk. The call is free to you, and we do not bill you for anything. Any fare, tax, airline fee or service fee is set and collected by the provider you speak with. Ask them to state the full amount before you agree to anything.
How this affects what you see
Because compensation varies between providers, the provider your call is connected to is not necessarily the only option available, nor necessarily the cheapest. We do not compare every provider in the market. You remain free to contact airlines directly, to use any other travel agency, and to compare prices before deciding.
Advertising
We pay to advertise online, including on search engines. An advertisement that led you here is a paid placement. It is not an endorsement by the platform that displayed it, and it does not indicate any relationship with an airline.
Airline names and trademarks
Airline names, logos, service marks and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Any reference to an airline is descriptive, made solely to identify that carrier. It does not imply affiliation, partnership, authorisation, sponsorship or endorsement.
Prices and availability
Fares and seat availability change continuously and are not guaranteed until a ticket is issued. A price discussed on a call may no longer be available moments later. We make no representation that any price is the lowest available.
