Privacy Policy
Last updated October 30, 2026
This policy explains what FlyDesk (“we”, “us”), operator of flydesk.org, collects when you call the number on this site, email us, or browse these pages. FlyDesk is an independent informational service. We are not an airline, and we do not issue tickets.
Information we collect
When you call the number published on this site, your call is connected to an independent travel provider. In the course of connecting it, we or our telephony provider may record your phone number (including through caller ID), the date and time of the call, its duration, and the advertisement or page the call originated from. We do not take bookings, and we do not collect passenger details, passport details or payment card information on this website.
Anything you tell the provider once connected — your travel dates, passenger names, payment details — is collected by that provider under their privacy policy, not this one. We encourage you to ask them who they are and how they handle your information.
When you email us at [email protected], we keep your email address and the contents of your message so we can reply.
When you visit this website, our hosting provider and any analytics or advertising tools we use may record your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view. If you arrived from an advertisement, a referral identifier may be recorded so the campaign can be measured.
Call recording
Calls may be recorded or monitored by us, by our telephony provider, or by the travel provider your call is connected to, for quality assurance, training and record-keeping. Where recording takes place you will be notified at the start of the call. Some states require the consent of all parties to a recorded call; continuing the call after that notice is treated as your consent. If you prefer not to be recorded, end the call and contact us in writing at [email protected] instead.
How we use information
- To connect your call to an independent travel provider
- To answer questions you send us by email
- To measure which advertising produced a call, and to improve this website
- To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive use of our phone numbers
- To comply with legal obligations, or to establish or defend a legal claim
Who we share it with
We share call details with the independent travel provider your call is routed to, and with the service providers who operate our telephone system, website hosting, email and analytics on our behalf. Advertising platforms receive aggregated conversion data — that a call occurred and which campaign produced it — rather than the contents of your call. We may disclose information where required by law or legal process.
We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising and analytics
We advertise online. Third-party advertising and analytics providers may set cookies or similar technologies on this site to measure whether an advertisement produced a call, and may combine that with data they hold from other sources. You can usually limit this through your browser settings, your device's advertising controls, or the opt-out tools those providers publish.
How long we keep it
Call records and recordings are retained for a limited period and then deleted in the ordinary course of business. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Website analytics data is retained according to the settings of the tools in use.
Your choices and rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights — for example, residents of California have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Email [email protected] to make a request. We may need to verify your identity first.
Requests about information held by a travel provider you spoke to must be made to that provider directly, as we do not control their records.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the limited information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
