- Passenger names exactly as they appear on the travel document
- The dates and airports you are flexible about, and the ones you are not
About an existing booking
If you have already booked through a provider we connected you to, contact that provider directly — they hold your reservation and we do not. Their name and contact details will be on the confirmation they sent you. If you cannot find it, email us and we will try to point you in the right direction.
