These terms apply when you use flydesk.org or call a telephone number published on it. By doing either, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use this website.
1. What FlyDesk is
FlyDesk is an independent informational service. We publish general information about flight reservations and connect callers with independent travel providers. We are not an airline. We are not a party to any booking. We do not issue tickets, and we do not take payment from you.
2. What happens when you call
Your call is connected to an independent travel provider. That provider is a separate business, responsible for its own conduct, pricing, terms and privacy practices. Any agreement you reach is between you and that provider. We recommend you ask the provider for its name, its fees, and the full price before agreeing to anything.
3. No fees charged by us
FlyDesk does not charge you. Calls are free to place. Any fare, tax, airline-imposed fee or provider service fee is set and collected by the provider, and those amounts are between you and them.
4. We are not responsible for the provider or the airline
We do not control, supervise, endorse or guarantee the services of any travel provider or airline. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions, including pricing, quoted fees, ticketing errors, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, denied boarding, refunds, baggage handling or customer service. Disputes about a booking must be raised with the provider or airline concerned.
5. Information on this site
Content published here is general information, not advice about your particular reservation. Travel rules vary by carrier, fare type, route and date, and change frequently. Nothing on this website guarantees that any fare, routing, seat, refund, waiver or exception is available to you. Only the airline’s own fare rules and conditions of carriage govern your ticket.
6. Your responsibilities
- Verify the identity and terms of any provider before giving them personal or payment details
- Confirm the full price with that provider before agreeing to a booking
- Ensure you hold the passports, visas, transit permissions and health documentation your itinerary requires
- Reconfirm flight times with the operating airline before departure

8. Website use
You may not use this website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or copy its content for commercial use without permission. Content may change without notice.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Except where the law does not permit it, this website and the connection service are provided “as is”, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, from a call connected through it, or from any dealing with a travel provider or airline, including indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law, including rights relating to air travel under the rules of the U.S. Department of Transportation.
10. Disputes
If something has gone wrong, email [email protected] first — if it concerns a booking, we will point you to the provider you dealt with. Where a dispute concerns this website itself, you and we will attempt to resolve it informally before any formal proceedings are commenced.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
